Salvation Soundcast is a network of audio programs presenting Bible-based, contemporary, and relevant messages of hope from The Salvation Army. Known for helping people with physical and material needs, The Salvation Army also helps those with spiritual needs. The Soundcast programs meet spiritual needs as they communicate the message and mission of The Salvation Army.

Salvation Soundcast includes six programs, three in English and three in Spanish. Wonderful Words of Life and Maravillosas Palabras de Vida are 15-minute weekly programs delivering relevant Christian teaching, inspiring conversation, and great music from Salvation Army artists.WORDS OF LIFE and PALABRAS DE VIDA are “message-only” versions of Wonderful Words of Life and Maravillosas Palabras de Vida.

Heartbeat and Latido are 1-minute programs packed with Christian insights on contemporary life issues.
The vision for this network of hope was launched in the golden age of radio by Salvation Army leaders motivated by passion for souls to use any and all means to proclaim the unchanging gospel of Jesus Christ. From one seedling program planted on a few radio stations, the outreach has grown into a family of programs multicasting on-air and online, touching millions of lives worldwide.
